Passed away on May 7, 2014, at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Adélard Charbonneau and the late Évilina Duciaume and the beloved wife of the late Rolland Laplante. Loving mother of Richard (Rita), Michel, Denis (Liliane), Jacques, Ronald, Joanne and Guy. Cherished grandmother of René, Roger, Donna, Nance, Jimmy, Jeanne, Jessica, Alexandre, Michelle, Angel, Allan, Diane, Roxanne, Jorden, Nadine and Melissa and adored great-grandmother of many great- grandchildren. She also leaves her dear sister Yvette MacDonald (Paul), as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. She was predeceased by her son Jean (Starr) and her daughter Nicole (late Roger). Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from Noon to 4 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa). A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de- Lourdes Church (435 Montreal Road, Ottawa). The family will receive condolences from 10 a.m. at the church.
