George Bower Passed away February 17, 2005, after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Evelyn and his three children, Trevor, Penny and Brent and his wife, Christina, and six grandchildren, Sarah and her husband, Kyle, Kate, Morgan, Courtney, Leslie and Kendal. George was born in Vancouver, Canada on March 17, 1911.

At one time he worked for the Canadian Pacific Railroad. He was a meat cutter for most of his life and was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Glendale, Calif.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of your choice. 5
